Pavochon – Le Sandwich Thanksgiving

C’est déjà novembre !!! Et Thanksgiving n’est plus qu’à quelques jours !

Le très apprécié et recherché sandwich Pavochon fait son apparition pour la troisième année consécutive en tant que sandwich du mois de novembre.

La dinde cuisinée à la portoricaine et servie sur une baguette de pain portoricain. Chou râpé, tranches de tomates, plantain jíbaro farci (Mofongo) et fromage. Grillé fin et croustillant sur notre plancha latine.
