Chicago’s star Latino Sandwich (the Chicago Jibarito) presented in a new format using yuca instead of plantano.  Vegan by nature.  Grilled tofu, lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, and vegan garlic mayonnaise.  Toasted in our smooth, groveless, latino plancha to golden and crispy perfection.
